To access the full features of the npxvip Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on npxvip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. npxvip employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, npxvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your npxvip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. npxvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You agree to notify npxvip immediately at support@npxvip.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
npxvip is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by npxvip for KYC purposes, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
npxvip accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. npxvip does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
Deposits are generally credited to your npxvip account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. npxvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.
npxvip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All transactions on the npxvip Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). npxvip does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Anti-Money Laundering: npxvip is committed to full compliance with Philippine AML laws. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Players are prohibited from using the npxvip Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
npxvip may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
npxvip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at npxvip's sole discretion.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that have not been used or wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance will be automatically forfeited. npxvip is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
All games available on the npxvip Platform — including online slots, live dealer games, bingo, blackjack, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the interface and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game outcome.
All casino games on npxvip use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of npxvip or any player beyond the standard mathematical house edge disclosed for each game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, npxvip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. npxvip will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
Sports betting markets on npxvip cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sports. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. npxvip reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its sports betting rules in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of npxvip.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, npxvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
npxvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your npxvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. npxvip is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. npxvip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

npxvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, npxvip reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
You may close your npxvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the npxvip Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
npxvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, npxvip will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the npxvip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
